| 摘 要： | 为甘肃高山细毛羊肉毛兼用品系生产性状的研究提供理论依据,利用15个微卫星位点对甘肃高山细毛羊肉毛兼用品系的遗传多样性进行检测,统计了等位基因数、有效等位基因数、群体杂合度和多态信息含量,并进行微卫星标记与生产性状的相关性分析.结果表明,15个微卫星位点中除位点BM3413呈中度多态外,其他位点均呈高度多态;12个微卫星位点与部分生产性状之间表现为差异显著或差异极显著关系,同时在这些位点上找到了对相关生产性状的有利或不利基因型及等位基因.为该品系绵羊实现分子标记辅助选择奠定了基础.

| Abstract: | Polymorphism of fifteen microsatellite loci were analyzed in mutton-wool strain of Gansu alpine fine wool sheep.Number of alleles,effective number of the alleles,heterozygosis and polymorphisms information content were calculated for all microsatellite loci.At the same time,the correlation was analyzed between microsatellite markers and procreative traits.The results indicated that the fifteen microsatellite loci were highly genetic polymorphism except BM3413 intermediately genetic polymorphism.There was si... |
