| 摘 要： | 阪崎肠杆菌是肠杆菌科的一种,是人和动物肠道内寄生的一种革兰氏阴性无芽胞杆菌。我国于2005年8月批准了阪崎肠杆菌检测的行业标准,此标准改进了美国FDA的推荐方法。本文论述了一种基于免疫磁珠磁性分离、免疫量子点荧光标记联合应用的检测方法,本方法可灵敏、快速、高特异性的检出乳制品中的阪崎肠杆菌。 |

| Abstract: | Enterobacter sakazakii （E.sakazakii） is a member of the genus Enterobacter in the family of Enterobacteriaceae,which is a kind of gram-negative and non-spore bacillus parasitism in intestines of human or animal.Our country has our own detection in Aug.2005,which improved FDA＇s classic method.In this paper,we introduce a new kind of joint detection by using immunomagnetic beads and Immuno QDS detection,which can high sensitive,specific and rapid test the Enterobacter sakazakii in dairy products. |
