苔藓植物分布及其物种多样性的研究评述

摘    要:ttttt目的ttttt揭示西藏色季拉山(东坡)海拔3 700~4 345 m地面生藓类植物的垂直分布规律。ttttttttttttt方法ttttt以不同海拔梯度地面生苔藓植物作为研究对象,每隔100 m设置样地进行调查,每个样地内采用系统取样方法,每隔2 m设置1个20 cm×20 cm的样方,每个样地内共25个样方进行多样性的测定,包括相似性系数、α 多样性指数和β多样性指数。ttttttttttttt结果ttttt该区有藓类植物24科63属110种。藓类植物种类数目在不同的海拔分布随着海拔高度的升高,科、属、种呈先增加后减少的趋势。8个样地的相似性系数在0.089~0.272 7之间,其中以V5(海拔4 100 m,急尖长苞冷杉林)和V6(4 200 m,方枝柏-杜鹃林)地面生藓类植物的物种相似性最高,共有种数也最多,达到了24种。α 多样性指数分布情况与地面生藓类植物基本相同,其中,海拔4 200 m处Shannon-Wiener指数值最高,达到了2.66;海拔4 345 m处的指数值最低,为1.74。海拔3 800 m和4 000 m的β多样性指数为最大,达到了0.934 3,海拔3 900 m和4 345 m之间的β多样性指数为最小,为0.321 1,说明该区地面生藓类植物在海拔3 800 m~4 000 m的变化幅度最大。tttttttttttttttttt结论ttttt该研究结果对本区域后期苔藓植物的相关研究提供了极有价值的参考依据。tttt

Abstract:tttttPurposetttttIn order to provide the basic data for the late of bryophyte further research, we studied the distribution pattern of mosses from 3 700 to 4 345 m in Sygera Mountain.tttttttttttttMethodtttttWe selected the mosses in different altitude gradient as the research object and used sample system sampling method, investigated samples every 100 m and every 2 m to set up a 20 cm × 20 cm sample which included a total of 25 samples and the total survey sample were 200. The determination of diversity included similarity coefficient index, diversity index and a beta diversity.tttttttttttttResulttttttThe results of the observation showed that floor mosses of this area were 24 families, 63 genera and 110 species. The mosses distribution in different altitudes showed that the families, genera and species had been increased after decreased trend with the increase of altitude. The similarity coefficient of 8 sample were 0.089−0.272 7, of which the V5 (4 100 m) and V6 (4 200 m) had the highest similarity of ground raw moss plants species and a total of most species, 24. Alpha diversity index distribution of moss plants were basically the same. The Shannon-Wiener index value at an altitude of 4 200 m reached 2.66. However, it reached 1.74 at altitude of 4 345 m. The diversity index was biggest at an altitude of 3 800 m and 4 000 m which was 0.934 3, but it was a minimum at an altitude of 3 900 m and 4 345 m, 0.322 1. This phenomenon indicated that the floor mosses at altitude from 3 800 m to 4 000 m had the biggest range ability.ttttttttttttttttttConclusiontttttThe conclusion provided a valuable reference for the late bryophyte research.tttt
