山区农业果品产业化的比较研究——以山东栖霞市和山西省平陆县为例

农业产业化是近几年我国农村出现的一种新的生产组织形式 ,目前 ,农业产业化已取得了重要进展。本文通过农业产业化程度较高的山东省栖霞市果品产业化经营与山西省平陆县果业发展的比较 ,提出了山西省果品产业化中存在的问题及未来的展望 ,提出政府多方扶持、企业迎难而上、农户放眼长远 ,才是发展山西省苹果产业化的正确方向

Comparison Study of Fruit Commercialization in the Countryside (--take Xixia City of ShanDong and Pinglu County of Shanxi Province as instances)

Commercialization of agriculture is a kind of new production form appearing in our countryside recently. And which has made good progress in most recent years. In this paper, by comparing the fruit development of Pinglu County of Shanxi province with that of Xixia City of Shandong Province, which is of high commercialization management, we point out the problems existed in Shanxi Fruit management and it’s prospect in future. That the combination of government’ aid with enterprise and peasant household’s effort is the right way of fruit commercialization of Shanxi Province.
