重点论述了中国进入WTO ,对农业来说是挑战和机遇并存 ,以粮、油、肉、蛋、奶等主要农副产品 ,按照入关规则逐步降低进口关税 ,实行贸易自由化 ,我省农业直接面对国外的竞争和冲击 ,但加入WTO利大于弊 ,可享受现有 134个成员国的无歧视贸易待遇 ,并获得解决农产品外贸问题的规范渠道 ,加快发展我省高质量农产品进入国际市场 ,提高对外竞争的整体实力。同时促使建立一套适应WTO的工作新秩序和新机构 ,按照国际市场取向确定山西农业发展新战略

This paper mainly discusses the fact that Chinas entering WTO will bring agriculture both challenge and opportunity. According to the relative rules of entering wto, the customs duty of importing agricultral product such as grain, oil, egg, milk and its by-product will be gradually decreased, and trade liberalization will be performed. there fore, the agricuture in Shanxi province will be directly exposed to foreign contest. Never the less, entering wto has more advantings than eisadvantings. For example, China can enjoy non-discrimine native trade of 134 member states, and get standard channel to solve agro -product foreign trade problems. All of these will be beneficial to the rapid development of high quality agro-products and its entering intermational marker. At the same time, entering wto will promote the forming of new order of work and orgnization suitable for wto, and promote Shanxi to set new international market oriented agricultural develspment strategy.
