毛毡杜鹃嫩叶直接再生芽苗及植株再生体系的建立

摘    要:以毛毡杜鹃嫩叶为外植体,应用均匀设计方法筛选最适合的培养基,建立毛毡杜鹃嫩叶直接再生芽苗及植株再生体系.结果表明:最适合嫩叶直接再生芽苗的培养基为:DR+2-ip 2.7 mg/L十NAA 0.02 mg/L+KT 1.00 mg/L,诱导率达93.5%以上;生根培养基为:MS(改良)+IAA 0.10 mg/L+NAA 0.07 mg//L,生根率达97%.

Abstract:Young leaves of Rhododendron confertissimum were used as explants and suitable medium compositions for regeneration shoots directly form young leaves and rooting were screened through uniform design experiments. The results showed that DR+2-ip 2.70 mg/L+NAA 0.02 mg/L+KT 1.00 mg/L for Rhododendron confertissimum with a germination rate of 95.5%;MS(modified) +IAA 0.10 mg/L+NAA 0.07 mg/L was most suitable for Rhododendron confertissimum with a rooting rate of 97%.Regeneration shoots directly form young leaves ...
