美国自由人槭嫩枝扦插育苗技术研究

摘    要:以美国自由人槭嫩枝为试材,采用L(934)正交试验设计,研究了扦插床、生长调节剂、药剂浓度及处理时间等各种因素对自由人槭生根率、根数、根长的影响。结果表明:插床和生长调节剂对自由人槭生根率、根数、根长影响达显著水平,药剂浓度及处理时间只对生根率影响显著,对根数、根长影响不显著。遮阴棚内覆薄膜拱棚插床、吲哚丁酸200mg/L浸泡1h处理组合使自由人槭扦插生根率、平均根数达到最优水平,生根率达95%,平均生根数为3.3条。

Abstract:Using softwood cuttings ofAcer xfreemanii as material, orthogonal test design (L9 ( 3^4 ) )was employed to study the effect of cutting beds, growth regulator, concentration, and handling time on roofing rote, roofing length and roofing quantity ofAcer xfreemanii cuttings. Results showed that: the effect of the cutting beds and growth regulator on roofing rate, quantity of rooting and roofing length reached a significant level. While the effect of concenlration and handling time on roofing rote, quantity of roofing and roofing length didn' t reach a significant level. The combination of cutting beds covered with membrane in the shade, cuttings treaded with 200mg/L IBA for 1 h was optimal for Acer xfreemanii cuttings, which roofing rate of cuttings reached to 95%, and rooting quantity of cutting was 3.3.
