| Abstract: | Pesticide residue in vegetables has already become the hot spot problem which pay more attention to extensively in society. The causes of pesticide residue in vegetables are investigated, the models and measures on safety analysis and risk evaluation in pesticide residue of vegetables are proposed, in order to study how to improve the level of quality safety of vegetables, and promote the health development of vegetable industry. |
