乡土文化在民宿开发中的构建与表达研究

在乡村旅游转型升级的时代背景下，民宿作为一种非标准性住宿形态和个性化的产业形式，正迅速成为促进乡村振兴的主导力量。乡土文化是民宿能否可持续发展的核心要素和内在根基。但在实践中，乡土文化在民宿中存在流于形式、缺乏乡土文化内涵和文化的原真性，不能与在地文化契合的现状。为此，应挖掘乡土文化精髓，寻求传统乡土文化与民宿的契合；树立科学开发理念，构建生态和文化民宿；采用合理的民宿开发合作模式，建立乡村居民社区参与机制。

Research on Construction and Expression of Local Culture in Homestay Development

Under the background of transformation and upgrading of rural tourism, homestay, as a non-standard form of accommodation and a personalized form of industry, is rapidly becoming the leading force to promote rural revitalization. Local culture is the core element and internal foundation of sustainable development of homestay. However, in practice, the expression form of local culture in homestay is a mere formality, lacks local culture connotation and authenticity, so it cannot match with local culture. Based on local culture connotation and attribute interpretation, this paper further analyzes the root cause of unbalanced expression form of local culture, thus mines the essence of native culture, seeks the integration of traditional local culture with homestay, sets up scientific development idea, constructs ecological and cultural homestay, adopts reasonable homestay development cooperation model, establishes community participation mechanism and expression path for rural people.
