对中国南方喀斯特岩溶山区草地畜牧业发展模式——“晴隆模式”的探讨

晴隆县草地畜牧业从2003年开始发展至今,经过十多年的发展,在草地畜牧业的发展上已初具规模、初具形态,被中央有关部委领导和专家认定为"晴隆模式",并要求在中国南方喀斯特岩溶山区广泛推广。"晴隆模式"虽然在运作机制、经营模式上有一定的代表性和推广意义,但是这一模式还存在一定的局限性和很多不合理的地方,传统粗放经营方式占仍主导地位,科技支撑薄弱,利益分配不合理,产业化程度不高,缺乏对地方自有良种的培育。要在中国南方喀斯特岩溶山区广泛推广,必须对这一模式的运作机制、发展方向、经济发展与生态环境保护并重等方面进一步探讨和研究,使其更合理、更具有代表性,才真正具有广泛推广价值。

Explore the ＂Qinglong Mode＂the South China Karst Mountain Grassland Animal Husbandry Development Model

Since 2003,Qinglong county grassland animal husbandr had taken shape and owned its form, which was considered by the central leadership of relevant ministries and experts as ＂Qinglong Mode＂ and demanded widely used in southern China Karst mountains. Although there was a certain sense of representation and promotion in the operation mechanism of the business model, this model also had some limitations and many unreasonable points. The traditional ways of accounting for the extensive operation was still dominant, weakly technology support, unreasonable distribution of benefits, low industrialization degree as well as the lack of local varieties of its own cultivation. To widely spread the mode in southern China karst mountain, and to make it more rational and more representative, we must further study and analyze on the operation mechanism of this model, the direction of development, and the economic development and eco-logical environment protection,which would show a broad promotional value.
