浅谈青海的牦牛资源现状及保护措施

牦牛是在高寒缺氧枯草期和冰封期长达半年左右的严峻自然条件下,经过长期自然选择和自身适应而形成的一种特殊牛种,它具有十分顽强的抗逆能力,是其他家畜难以替代的,为了提高牦牛的生产性能,利用公牦牛与家牦牛母交配来达到提纯,复壮。文章通过对青海牦牛业现状及存在问题的分析,提出了加速青海牦牛业发展的对策及措施。

Resource Status and Protections of Yaks in Qinghai

Yak is a special kind of Bovinae that develops from a long-term natural selection and adaptation with severe natural conditions of high cold, anoxic, hay period and frozen for up to six months. Therefore, it has a very tenacious resistance which can not be replaced by other livestocks. In order to improve the performance of yak, achieve purification and rejuvenation by mating between male yak and female home yak. This article had proposed some strategies and measures to accelerate the development of Qinghai yak industry after analyzing the status and problems.
