熵权法在番茄果实商品性状评价上的应用分析

摘    要:试验以熵权法对7个番茄品系的果实商品性状进行了综合评价与分析,构建了涵盖3个层次(目标层、标准层和指标层)、7个指标(外观品质的单果重和果色,营养品质的维生素C、可溶性固形物和水分含量以及糖酸比、耐贮品质的变质率)的番茄果实商品性状的综合评价指标体系,以指标熵值计算指标权重进行综合得分的排序.结果表明,品系YH02-6的商品性较优,尤以其果实的营养品质和耐贮品质较优;品系YH02-9、YH02-1和YH02-7的商品性较好,其中YH02-9也是果实的营养品质和耐贮品质较好,而YH02-1和YH02-7的营养品质和外观品质较好;品系YH02-11、YH02-5和YH02-8的商品性一般.验证了熵权法时于番茄果实商品性状进行综合评价具有较好的适用性,对其他农产品的评价也有借鉴意义.
