玉米数量性状遗传模型和基因效应的研究——Ⅰ.遗传模型评定方法的比较

摘    要:利用6个玉米自交系杂交得到6个组合的P_1、P_2、F_1、F_2、B_1和B_2世代群体的资料进行了遗传模型评定方法的比较研究。结果表明:A、B、C 尺度和联合尺度分别用于加性—显性模型适合性的检验,其结果对于绝大多数性状是一致的,极少数组合的个别性状则存在着差异;在判断上位性效应存在与否方面,联合尺度似乎并不比A、B、C 尺度更可靠。完全配合六参数模型,可能会因不显著效应的存在而影响遗传模型的评定。较适宜的方法是在建立六参数模型的基础上,应用逐步回归原理剔除不显著的遗传分量,从而对性状所属的遗传模型作出正确的评定.

Abstract:By using data of 6 corn inbred lines,their F_1's and F_2's hybrids and bac-kcrosses B_1's and B_2's,a comparative study of different meth-ods of evaluatinggenetic models was done.The experiments show that there exist epistatic geneeffects in most of the characters in all crosses studied.A comparison betweenA,B and C scaling test and joint-scaling test in judging the adeauateness foradditive-dominance model proves most of the traits are identical,with only a fewexceptions.The joint-scaling test is no more reliable than the A,B and Cscaling test.The suitable method is to build a 6-parameter model directly,elim-inate the effects non-significantly different from zero one by one and evaluatea genetic model of each trait precisely.
