| 摘 要： | 通过对西安市绿色社区创建现状、面临的机遇与挑战、优劣势分析,规划了绿色社区建设指导思想与原则,提出了绿色社区建设的目标、标准、内容及过程,制定了绿色社区建设行动计划及保障措施,为全面开展西安市绿色社区建设进行了有益的探索。

| Abstract: | The construction of urban green community in Xi＇an was analyzed in terms of its status quo, opportunities and challenges faced as well as the the strengths and weaknesses. The concept of green community development, the guiding ideology, principles, green community development objectives, standards, content and process were developed. Green Community Action Plan in Xi＇an was made. |
