静宁县森林资源评价与保护利用

本文以静宁县为研究对象,依据森林资源二类调查结果,对该县的森林资源现状进行了总体评价,提出了森林资源保护利用措施。研究表明,20年来,静宁县森林资源的保护培育进行了快速发展,森林资源面积大幅度增加,森林覆盖率显著提高;林业后备资源进一步发展,林业重点工程建设取得了显著成效,但每公顷蓄积量较低。建议在森林资源的保护与利用中,强化森林生态保护意识,加强森林资源保护和经营管理,坚持可持续发展战略,扩增森林资源总量,加快集体林权制度改革,实现林业可持续发展。

Forest Resources Assessment and Protection in Jingning County

With Jingning as the case and forest resources inventory information as the reference,the assessment of forest resources was carried out and measures to improve were suggested.The research showed that over 20 years development,forest resources in Jingning were enhanced and key forest projects have achieved good results,with the unit volume at low level.It is suggested that forest resources should be under protection and good management,sticking to the sustainable development strategy to make sure that the forest resources expanded and tenure reform of forest land speed up.
