| 摘 要： | 湖北省是一个农业大省,农产品的产量处于全国前列。由于加工产业的相对落后,农产品加工业加工率、增值率低,企业规模小、效益低。要将湖北省的原料优势有效地转化为产品优势、经济优势,必须调整品种结构、布局,加强农产品质量标准建设,壮大龙头企业,走产业化道路。

| Abstract: | Hubei province is a big province in terms of the quatity of the agricultural production in China. Because ralative undeveloped products processing, the processing rate of farm produce is low, the scales of farm products processing enterprises are small, hence, the benefit is not good. In order to get good benefit from farm products processing industry, it is necessaary to adjust the overall planting arrangement, strengthen constructing the system of farm products quality standards, strive to enhance the strength of the main processing enterprises, and pay more attention to develop the industrialization of farm products processing. |
