刺儿菜的组织培养及无性系建立研究

摘    要:以刺儿菜嫩茎为材料,进行了愈伤组织诱导、愈伤组织和不定芽分化以及试管苗生根假植、扦插、移植等研究,建立了刺儿菜的无性繁殖体系.研究结果表明:在刺儿菜组培繁殖过程中,MS+NH4H2PO4 50 mg/L+BA0.5 mg/L+2,4-D0.8 mg/L是诱导嫩茎形成颗粒状愈伤组织的理想培养基,MS+AgNO31.5 mg/L+BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L是诱导愈伤组织分化和不定芽分化的理想培养基,1/3 MS+IAA0.3 mg/L是不定芽生根培养的理想培养基,炉灰渣是试管苗移栽和扦插的理想基质:移植到荒坡上的刺儿菜小苗生长旺盛,并保持了野生刺儿菜的特有生物学性状.

Abstract:The conditions of callus induction and differentiation of adventitious bud of Cirsium segetum Bungee were studied,and further,rooting,cutting and transplantation of tube seedling were carried out,then asexual line were established.The results showed that the optimum medium for callus induction was MS+ NH4H2PO4 50 mg/L + BA 0.5 mg/L+2,4-D 0.8 mg/L.The optimum media for differentiation was MS +AgNO31.5 mg/L + BA1.0 mg/L +NAA0.1 mg/L,1/3 MS + IAA0.3 mg/L was suitable for rooting and regeneration.Cinder was use...
