| 摘 要： | 为了给植物组织培养技术的建立提供理论依据,推动植物快速繁殖和品种遗传改良,介绍不同转化受体系统特点及其在生产实践中的应用。主要讨论愈伤组织、原生质体、游离小孢子作为受体系统在植物组织培养、育种和转基因等方面的作用。
