| 摘 要： | 通过对江西省20个县的调研和409份调查问卷整理,就林农林业生产要素稀缺性、林业经营风险状况、森林抵押货款需求意愿、森林资源保险意愿、法律咨询、科技服务、社会中介服务、林业产权交易机构需求等进行定量分析。分析表明,林权制度改革后林业社会化服务需求或潜在需求总体旺盛,客观上要求建立健全林业社会化服务体系。

| Abstract: | 20 counties in Jiangxi were investigated and 409 questionnaires were collected. The rareness of factor of forestry production for forest farmers, risk state of forestry management, demand will of forest mortgage, will of insuring forest reserves, legal advice, scientific and technological service, social intermediary services, demand of the transacting organization of forestry property right were quantitatively analyzed, etc. The analysis showed: socialized service demand of forestry or potential demand is vigorous overall after the reform of forestry propery right system, socialized service system of forestry was need to set up and amplify objectively. |
