| 摘 要： | 高校后勤社会化改革向纵深发展，新的利益格局的形成，后勤职工深层次的思想问题不断涌现，思想道德建设刻下容缓。从现实出发，在思想认识上增强紧迫感，在教育内容上增强针对性，在教育方法上探索新途径，开拓后勤党建工作的新局面。
