我国航空护林现状及江西航空护林事业发展

我国航空护林体制呈多样化：有国家林业局直属单位管理，地方政府管理、森工企业管理，其中有全功能航站和非功能航站。航空护林开展的项目有巡护飞行与观察火场、机降灭火、吊桶灭火、索（滑）降灭火、化学灭火、森林防火宣传等。存在着航护飞行机源缺乏、管理体制多样化、管理手段落后等问题。航空护林具有“发现早、行动快、灭在小”的不可替代优势，是“防火、灭火的尖兵”。要高标准、高起点抓好航站建设；要着眼长远，规划建设全功能航站；要加强自身建设，培养一支过硬的人才队伍；要注重学习总结，探索森林航空消防新路。
