摘    要:以试验费用最小为目的构建目标函数、根据区域试验的精度要求构建约束方程,提出确定作物品种区域试验最佳年份数、试点数和重复数的非线性规划模型,阐述了实际应用中确定模型中和项参数以及规划求解的具体方法,并以黄河流域棉花品种区域试验为例作了分析。同时改进提出反映区域试验精度的综合性指标(DRD),对相关问题作了讨论。

Abstract:According to the purpose of minimizing experimental cost and the requirement of experimental precision, objective and restriction functions were constructed and nonlinear program model was proposed for optimizing the number of years and locations and replications in regional crop trial. Methods and problems about each parameter's estimation and determination in this model were expounded in detail. The experimental design of Yellow River regional cotton trial was analyzed as an example. A new precision index of regional crop trial was developed and discussed as well.
