| 摘 要： | 赖氨酸是已研究的绝大多数水生动物的必需氨基酸和常见饵料中的第一限制性氨基酸。本文综述了水生动物对赖氨酸的必需性、缺乏症、对蛋白合成能力的影响、在体内的主要分解途径、需要量、以及与精氨酸的营养关系。
