春性甘蓝型油菜几个细胞质雄性不育DH恢复系配合力分析

摘    要:春性甘蓝型油菜3个不育系与小孢子培养获得的10个DH恢复系,按3×10 NCⅡ双列杂交法组配成30个杂交组合,分析了8个主要数量性状的配合力.结果表明,恢复系E-3、E-5、E-10、E-16在4个产量性状上具有较高的配合力,其中E-10的一般配合力和特殊配合力均较高,性状较好.105 A 是一个较为理想的不育系,在多个产量性状上具有较高的一般配合力,并且综合性状优良,应用潜力大.最佳组合是105A×E-10.

Abstract:The combining ability of eight main agronomic traits were analysed by conducting crosses whose parents were sterile lines and DH lines.The crossing mode were 3×10.The results showed that the general combining ability of E-3,E-5,E-10 and E-16 were higher in 4 productive traits.E-10 was a desirable restorer with higher GCA and SCA.105 A was a ideal sterile line with the highest GAC in many productive traits and promising future.105A×E-10 was the best combination.
