基于CiteSpace知识图谱的林权抵押贷款研究热点与趋势分析

摘    要:林权抵押贷款模式创新有效缓解了林农贷款难的问题,加快了林业发展进程。为探究林权抵押贷款的发展历程和研究热点,文中选取2005—2021年CNKI数据库中456篇论文,采用CiteSpace软件进行信息可视化分析。结果表明,林权抵押贷款自2008年后逐渐受到相关专家学者关注,发表文章数量最多、研究内容最为丰富的阶段为2009—2015年,以林权抵押贷款的发展现状、现存问题和对策研究为主,形成多样且分散的研究态势;2016年至今则多以林农贷款意愿及行为研究为主。从研究趋势来看,2016年以前主要以定性研究为主,通常从抵押物的视角出发,围绕着抵押物的局限性进行研究;2016年以后有所转变,开始出现以林农为视角的定量研究,主要通过计量模型分析林农进行林权抵押贷款的意愿及积极性。总体来看,林权抵押贷款手续费高、贷款时间短等问题依旧存在,且各学者和机构相互之间缺乏有效互动。在未来的研究过程中,各学者、各机构间应加强交流,在林权抵押贷款的普惠金融性质上应有深入的研究,在完善林地产权服务上应给出更多针对性建议,最终让林权抵押贷款得以更好发展。

Abstract:The mode innovation of forest right mortgage has effectively alleviated the difficulties to apply for loans for forest farmers and accelerated the forestry development process. In order to explore the development process and research hotspots of forest right mortgage, 456 papers in CNKI database from 2005 to 2021 are retrieved, visualized and analyzed using CiteSpace software. The results show that forest right mortgage has gradually attracted the concerns from a large number of scholars since 2008. The period from 2009 to 2015 is the one with the largest number of publications and the broadest research content, in which the research was mainly focused on the development status, existing problems and countermeasures of forest right mortgage, and presented a diverse and scattered trend. Since 2016, the research has mainly been concentrated on the willingness and behavior of forest farmers to apply for a loan. From the perspective of research trends, the studies before 2016 were mainly conducted in a qualitative way from the perspective of collateral, usually on the limitations of collateral. After 2016, there is a change from qualitative to quantitative research from the perspective of forest farmers, which mainly analyzes the willingness and enthusiasm of forest farmers to have forest right mortgages using econometric models. In general, high mortgage fee and short loaning time are still the problems existing, and scholars and institutions lack in effective interaction with each other. It is hoped that in the future research, scholars and institutions should strengthen the communication and engage in the further research on the inclusive financial attribute of forest right mortgage, and give more targeted suggestions on the improvement of forestland property mortgage service, so as to make forest right mortgage better developed.
