摘    要:开展安全风险评估是管控实验室风险、提升安全管理水平的重要手段。农林高校的实验室具有鲜明的行业特色,需要根据其特点开展针对性的安全风险评估工作。文中分析农林高校实验室分类分级管理和项目风险评估的现状,以北京林业大学为例介绍其实验室安全风险评估的探索与实践:根据危险源类型将实验室分为化学类、生物类、机械电子类和其他类4个类型,根据风险评估结果将安全风险水平划分为4个级别,依托分类分级结果进行精细化管控,在科研项目申报和立项阶段开展项目安全风险评估与识别,对实验教学项目进行分类分级安全评估等,其经验可为农林高校实验室风险评估体系的构建提供借鉴。

Abstract:Safety risk assessment is an important method to control laboratory risks and improve safety management levels. The laboratories at agriculture and forestry universities have distinct characteristics on which the safety risk assessment should be conducted based. This paper analyzes the status quo of laboratory classification management and project risk assessment of agriculture and forestry universities and took Beijing Forestry University as an example to introduce the exploration and practice of laboratory safety risk assessment. At Beijing Forestry University, the laboratory is classified into four types, including chemical, biological, engineering, and others, based on hazard category, and the risk grade is divided into 4 levels based on the result of risk assessment. Implementing elaborate management relying on the classification results for the scientific research project and teaching experiment. The exploration of the systematic risk assessment is helpful to eliminate safety accidents and improve the management level of the laboratories, as well as provides references for risk assessment in other agriculture and forestry universities.
