新形势下开展林草碳汇培训工作的思考

实现"碳达峰、碳中和"是我国积极应对全球气候变化的庄严承诺，也是统筹经济社会发展与生态文明建设的重大战略。"十四五"时期，有效发挥森林、草原、湿地、海洋、土壤、冻土的固碳作用，提升生态系统碳汇增量，提高优质生态产品的供给能力非常关键。目前，迫切需要开展以科技创新为动力的林草碳汇培训，建设一支林草碳汇领域懂政策、会技术、善管理的人才队伍，推动林草业高质量发展。文中总结新时期林草碳汇工作的背景，分析开展林草碳汇培训工作的意义，提出开展林草碳汇培训工作的主要任务，以确保"双碳"目标如期实现。

Thoughts on the Training about Forest and Grass Carbon Sequestration Under the New Situation

To achieve "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" is China's solemn commitment to proactively addressing global climate change, and it is also a significant strategy to coordinate economic and social development and promote ecological civilization development. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, it is critical to give full play to the carbon sequestration effect of forests, grasslands, wetlands, ocean, soil and frozen soil, increase ecosystem carbon sink, and improve the capacity of high-quality ecological product supply. There is therefore an urgent need to carry out training about forest and grass carbon sequestration driven by technological innovation, and cultivate the talents who are expert in policy, technology and management and thus have strong capacity to implement forest and grass carbon sequestration projects, so as to promote high-quality development of forest and grass sector. The paper summarizes the background of forest and grass carbon sink work in the new period, analyzes the significance of implementing forest and grass carbon sink training, and clarifies the main tasks of forest and grass carbon sink training to ensure that the goal of "Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality" will be realized on schedule.
