我国城市古树名木保护策略探析

古树名木是城市园林绿地中极具代表性的城市意象，既是"活文物"，更是"时空坐标"，具有不可替代性和不可再生性。文中在梳理我国古树名木保护管理要求和城市古树名木保护实践的基础上，分析我国城市古树名木保护面临的困境，包括空间用地矛盾突出、法制体系有待完善、规范管理有待加强、信息化水平亟需提升等；在此基础上，结合城市发展形势、建设特点和古树名木保护趋势，从资源数据"建档案"、空间管控"立规矩"、资源保护"划重点"、价值塑造"巧融合"、系统管理"数智化"5个方面提出城市古树名木保护策略。

Protection Strategy of Urban Ancient and Famous Trees in China

Ancient and famous trees are a representative image in urban gardens and green spaces. They are not only "living cultural relics", but also "space-time coordinates", which are irreplaceable and non-renewable. The paper reviews the requirements for the protection and management of ancient and famous trees as well as the practices of urban ancient and famous trees protection in China, and analyzes the dilemma that confronts the urban ancient and famous trees protection, including prominent contradictions in land use, the unsound legal system, the insufficient standardized management and the low level of informatization. On this basis, the protection strategies are proposed in combination with urban development situation, urban construction characteristics and ancient and famous trees protection trend, i.e., "building archives" of resource data, "establishing rules" for space management, "setting priorities" for resource protection, "intelligent integration" of value shaping, and "digital intelligence" of systematic management.
