梯度复合片的组织与耐热性

摘    要:应用粉末层铺法制备了梯度聚晶金刚石复合片材料,并通过SEM、XRD、EDS、显微硬度、TG等方法对材料进行了组织与性能分析。结果表明,以钴作粘结剂的聚晶金刚石层中金刚石相实现了D—D结合,通过梯度过渡层与硬质合金基体结合既保证了聚晶金刚石的硬度,又改善了界面的结合状况,并且有良好的耐热性,从而提高了聚晶金刚石复合片的性能和使用寿命。

Abstract:Gradient polycrystalline diamond compact(PDC) was manufactured with PM method. Its microstructure and properties were studied by SEM,XRD,EDS,Vickers hardness and TG etc. Results indicated that the said technology could not only hold its hardness but also improve interfacial binding by gradient middle layer. The compact also had nice heat-resistant characteristics.
