| 摘 要： | 利用电导法测定龙香×早酥等三个杂交组合杂种后代的抗寒性，通过生物统计学方法研究杂种后代电解质渗出率综合平均值R的分布规律．结果表明：梨抗寒性是多基因控制的数量性状，杂种后代趋中变异，平均抗寒水平介于双亲之间，但有超亲植株出现．

| Abstract: | Cold-hardiness of pear hybrids from Longxiang × Zaosu,Pingguoli ×Oiaoma, and Pingguoli× 72-48-650 were tested by using conductivity. The result of conductivity test were studied through matching curve tothe distribution of hybrids. The result showed: cold-hardiness of pear is a polygenically controlled characterthat is quantitatively transmitted. The distribution of offspring’s conforms to normal curve and the trend iscentral-tended. The means of hybrid’s R lie between the two parents,but some one can go beyond the scope. |
