生菜柱式立体无土栽培基质的选择与配比研究

[目的]寻求最适合生菜生长的基质与配比。[方法]以牛粪、羊粪、草炭、蛭石、炉灰渣为原料进行不同配比制成栽培基质,统一营养液、统一管理,通过对不同基质的理化性能及生菜生长、品质进行测定分析,筛选出适合生菜柱式立体栽培的最佳基质。[结果]B1组（草炭：羊粪：蛭石：炉灰渣=3：3：2：1）基质的保水性、pH、出苗率及叶片性状、单株重量、叶绿素含量均优于其他组。[结论]B1基质是最适合生菜柱式立体栽培生长的基质。
