摘    要:以采自辽宁本溪的野菊种子为材料,在50、100、150、200、250 g/L的聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)的胁迫下,对种子的相对发芽率、发芽指数、胚根生物量及叶绿素含量进行测定,并根据测定的数值计算出种子活力的指标,结合所有指标进行综合测定评价.结果表明:野菊在轻度干旱的条件下有利于其生物量的积累,芽苗的生长及叶绿素的合成.但在中度及重度的干旱胁迫下不利其萌发、生长及叶绿素的合成.研究其在PEG-6000胁迫下萌发特性的变化,对其中园林应用中具有重要意义.
