石漠化生态恢复过程中土壤脲酶活性研究

摘    要:从不同恢复年限、不同植被类型、不同坡向等角度对桂西北石漠化地区生态恢复的效果进行了比较分析,试图用土壤脲酶活性来说明石漠化地区土壤生态恢复的状况。结果表明:土壤脲酶活性与植被恢复年限、植被类型、坡向有密切的关系,土壤脲酶活性随植被恢复年限的增加而增大,混交模式的土壤脲酶活性明显高于单一植被的土壤,同一采样地点南坡土壤脲酶活性明显高于北坡。

Abstract:Guangxi is one of the most serious of karst rocky desertification provinces in the south-west of China, in order to understand the status of karst rocky desertification eco-restoration, different planting-year (recover time) and types of vegetation and different slope directions were compared and analyzed in the north-west of Guangxi province by the authors of the paper. The urease activity of soil was determined by colorimetric method, the results showed that: the urease activity of soil had close relationship with the planting-year, types of vegetation and different slope directions, the urease activity of soil increased along with the vegetation planting-year, in comprehensive management modes, it was obviously higher than that in single cropping modes, and in the south slope, the urease activity of soil was also obviously higher than that in the north slope. Based on the experiment analysis results, fabaceous mix-forest pattern, the optimize pattern of soil eeo-restoration in the karst area was proposed by the author.
