梨黑星病原菌离体培养生长特性研究

摘    要:研究了不同温度、pH及光照对梨黑星病菌在离体培养条件下生长的影响。结果表明,梨黑星病菌在离体培养条件下最适生长温度为20℃,最适产孢pH为6.0;将梨黑星病菌分别接于pH为6.0的PDA和LP'培养基上,20℃下培养14d后,经黑光—黑暗各12h的光照周期培养72h,菌丝生长较快,产孢量较高。孢子萌发试验表明,分离一年后的梨黑星病菌分生孢子在1%葡萄糖液中萌发率可达55%,对任何时候进行室内生物药效测定试验提供了可能性。
