| Abstract: | Mammalian somatic cell cloning is becoming the focus of bio-technology in recent years, it has important significance both in basic and applied research. This paper reviewed the history of development, the status of research, the methods of the technology, the influence factors and the existing problems in this field. The future of applications about somatic cell cloning was discussed as well. |
