| 摘 要： | 通过对红豆草（Ｏｎｏｂｒｙｃｈｔｓ ｖｉｃｉａｅｆｏｌｔａ）、百脉根（Ｌｏｔｕｓ ｃｏｍｔｃｕｌｌａｔｕｓ）、鹰嘴紫云英（Ａｓｔｒａｇｌｕｓｓｔｒｎｔｃｕｓ）单核期花药在 Ｎ_６、Ｂ_５附加不同的 ２.４－Ｄ和 ＫＴ配制成的培养基上的培养，结果表明，红豆草、百脉根花药出愈率、成苗率和生根率在Ｎ_６培养基上均有提高，其室内最大繁殖系数每个花药达０.０２３。

| Abstract: | The monocaryotic anthers of onobrychis viciaefolia, lotus cotnicullatus and Astraglus simicus were cultivated in N_6 and B_5 culture medium with 2.4-D and K T. The results indicate that the calli rate, seeding rate and rooting rate of anthers in onobrychis viciaefolia, lotus comiculatus are all rise in N_6 culture. The maximum reproductive coefficient is 0.023 per anther. This method of study opened up the feasible way for the quick reproduce and the monopidl plants' form of valuable materials. |
