摘    要:干旱是制约植物生长发育的主要逆境因素,本文概述了干旱胁迫下外源钙对植物抗旱性的影响,低浓度的钙可提高种子活力与幼苗的抗旱性。施用钙肥可抑制植株体内活性氧物质的生成,保护细胞质膜的结构,维持正常的光合作用,影响植物激素的运输,从而增强植物的抗旱性。细胞内的钙离子作为第二信使传递胁迫信号,调节植物体内的生理生化反应。

Abstract:Drought is a main factor that restricts growth and development of plants. The effects of exogenous calcium on drought-resistance of the plant are reviewed in the paper. Low Ca~(2+) concentration could improve the vigor of seeds and the drought-resistance capabilities of seedlings. Calcium fertilizers inhabited the production of active oxygen substances, protected the structure of cell plasma membrane, maintained normal photosynthesis, affected the transit of endogenous hormones and improved the drought resistance of the plants. Ca~(2+) in the cellular, moreover,acted as a second messenger to transduct the drought-stress signal and regulate the physiological and biochemical responses in plant.
