| 摘 要： | 我国原生蔬菜资源丰富，有很高的开发利用价值。近年来，其开发利用取得一定的成效，但也存在着资源破坏严重、研发力度不足、加工技术落后、资源利用率低等问题。针对我国原生蔬菜开发利用现状及存在的问题，提出相应的发展对策。

| Abstract: | China is rich in the resources of indigenous vegetable which are of high value for exploitation. In recent years, achievements have been made in exploitation of indigenous vegetable. However, some problems exist in severe resource destroy, weak research and development, behindhand machining technology, low utilization rate of resources and etc. Aiming at above problems, the corresponding development strategies are put forward. |
