摘    要:我国番茄生产正处在由数量型向质量型过渡的关键时期,番茄品质的重要性受到关注。外形美观、大小合适、着色好、高可溶性固形物含量、高糖度、高糖酸比、高维生素C含量、高番茄红素含量及耐贮运等已成为番茄品质育种的主要方向。

Abstract:The quality of tomatoes has received close attention in the transition period from quantity-based to quality-based tomato production in China.Such tomato characters as pretty appearance,appropriate size,good color,high content of soluble solids,high degree of sugar,high sugar/acid ratio,high vitamin C content and high lycopene content as well as good endurance to storage and transportation have become the main direction of breeding quality tomatoes.
