| 摘 要： | 为了研究转NCED基因水稻的抗旱性，对转基因T1代和对照种子进行PEG处理，观测发芽率；发现转NCED基因水稻的发芽率比对照的高。选其中发芽率较高的NCED3-6-1和NCED3-7-6种子种植并进行干旱胁迫，测定转基因水稻NCED3-6-1和NCED3-7-6的部分农艺性状，结果表明，转基因水稻NCED3-6-1和NCED3-7-6的抗旱性比对照强。
