| 摘 要： | 建立了城镇体系规划评价指标体系,包括等级规模、职能结构、空间结构、网络组织以及社会发展、环境优化六大系统,划分了9个评价因子和33个评价指标。之后利用主层次分析法以及线性代数的有关知识为每一个具体指标赋予权重。在此基础上借助构建的评价指标体系对关中城镇群规划的合理性进行判断,并根据判断结果给出针对性对策。
