白菜型菜籽饼对蛋鸡的毒理学研究

 用不脱毒云南机榨白菜型菜籽饼作蛋鸡蛋白质饲料,用量分别为6%,8%,10%,451天进行产蛋率和蛋品质测定;随机抽样进行甲状腺重,甲状腺组织学变化以及血清中T₃、T₄含量,肝组织学变化和肝功能;胴体重,肌肉成分及品质测定等检查。结果表明,当菜籽饼饲喂量高达10%时,未发现明显的病理学变化;对生长发育、产蛋率和蛋品质无不良影响。

Toxicological Study on Feeding Laying Hens with Pressed Seed Cake of Cabbage-type Rapeseed

Using undetoxified pressed seed cake of cabbage—type rapeseed as the protein feedstuff of the layer.The contents were tested at levels of 6%, 8% and 10% of the total feed.The statistics of egg production and the testing of the quality of the eggs were done when the layer was 451 days old, and by random sampling, the weight and histological change of the thyorid gland, the content of T₃ &; T₄ in serum, the histological change and function of liver, the carcass weight, components and quality of muscle were measured and examined.The results showed that there was no significant pathological change, and the growth, egg production and the quality of eggs were not affected significantly, when the content of rapeseed cake reached 10% of the total feed.
