烤烟数量性状遗传参数的研究

摘    要: 本文通过10个烤烟品种数量性状遗传参数的分析表明:(1)对表型变异系数较大的叶面积、产量、产值等的选择幅度可适当放宽;对遗传力较高的株高、叶宽等可在早期世代选择;对遗传变异系数较大的节距和叶面积的选择效果较大。(2)相关系数测定结果,表现极显著相关的有9对性状,显著相关的有4对性状。(3)叶面积的遗传进度最低,但间接选择株高、叶宽等可比直接选择叶面积获得更高的相关遗传进度,提高选择的相对效率。(4)由与叶面积显著相关的多个性状组成的选择指数,选择的相对效率最高。这些遗传动态的分析,为烤烟育种提供了一定的科学依据。

Abstract:By the analysis of genetic parameters of the quantitative characters and conditions in ten varieties of flue-cured tobacco, the following conclusions have been drawn.1.The selection range of the leaf area,yield and output value in larger variation coefficients of phenotype may be relaxed; the plant height and leaf width in higher heritability may be selected from the generations of early stages; the effect is good in the selection of the nodal distance and leaf area in larger genetic variation coefficients.2.The result of correlative coefficients tested shows that extremely remarkably correlative properties and conditions have nine pairs,while remarkbly correlative ones have four pairs.3.The genetic advance of leaf area is the lowest, but selecting the plant height and leaf width indirectly may acquire greater genetic advance of correlation than selecting the leaf area directly, so as to raise relative efficiency of selection.4.The selection index made up of several properties and conditions remarkably correlative with the leaf area has the highest relative efficiency of selection.The analysis of these genetic developments has provided certain scientific basis for breeding of flue—cured tobacco.
