摘    要:实验以SDS为主要提取试剂,建立了用于玉米叶片基因组DNA的微量快速提取方法。结果表明:利用此方法提取的玉米叶片基因组DNA具有使用药品少、操作简单、迅速、成本低等优点,每人每工作日可以提取180~250个DNA样品,一个样品可供80~100次PCR反应使用。此DNA提取方法可有效用于玉米的转基因成分检测。

Abstract:The rapid trace extraction method for maize leaf DNA by using the SDS as the main abstraction reagent and high-flux tissue grinding instrument with the help of steel ball was established, which had the advantage of less reagent, simpler operation, more rapid and lower cost. Under the condition of an ordinary lab, 180 to 250 samples could be extracted one person per day, and each sample obtained could be used in 80 to 100 PCR reactions. This method could be used in the ingredient detection of transgenic maize efficiently.
