| 摘 要： | 采用光学显微镜观察,研究狗牙根草生长在2种不同基质上(混凝土基质和常规基质)的显微结构差别.从植物根的5个对比项来测定细胞的组织,记录数据并进行统计学上的方差分析,从而得出土壤基质对植物形态学影响的程度.结果表明生长在2种不同基质上的同一种狗牙根草的组织间差异极其著.

| Abstract: | The different of the microscope of Bermuda grass gowing in the difference substrates(concrete and usual) were observed under the light microsope.The tissues of the cell were measured by five contrast terms of the plant root.The effect of the substrates on the plant morphology was studied by the analysis of varisance.The results showed that the microstruchure of Bermuda grass in the two substrates had significant difference. |
