摘    要:作者对苜蓿青贮的主要影响因素及国内外苜蓿青贮技术的研究现状做了总结,其中添加剂青贮技术是将来研究的主要方向及重点。由于苜蓿水分高、含糖低、缓冲度高和乳酸菌少等原因,其青贮需要特殊的处理,苜蓿最早采用半干青贮技术,现在发展为添加剂青贮技术,但是距离生产实践仍有一定的距离,最后对苜蓿青贮添加剂处理技术的前景进行了展望。

Abstract:The study summarized the main factors affecting alfalfa silage and the current research situation on alfalfa silage technology in the world, in which additives silage technology is the future direction and focus of the study. Because of the high moisture, low soluble sugar, high buffer index and few lactic acid bacteria of alfalfa, it needed to be treated specially for silage making. Low moisture silage technology of alfalfa was used early, and now additive silage technology developed fast, but there was still a long way to practice. Finally, there was a outlook for alfalfa additive silage.
