摘    要:最近发现的顺昌县高阳乡虎头山杉木丰产林,是一片与闻名国内外的南平溪后安曹下杉木丰产林相媲美的高产林分。该林分所处的地理位置及气候、土壤、植被、地形等都是杉木最适区的代表。林分单位蓄积量之高为国内外罕见,其中有许多优良种质资源,是选种、育种的好材料,是研究杉木立地类型和群落演替、探讨杉木丰产原因、林分结构、生长规律等的好场所。

Abstract:A high-yield stand of Chinese-fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata ( Lamb. ) Hook. ) recently found in Futou Mountain, Gaoyan, Suncang County can be comparable with that found in Anchaoxia, Qihou, Nanping, which is well-known at home and abroad. The stand with an area of 4.2867 hectares is 66-yr old in 1986. Its average volume-increment of whole wood is 779m3/ha in which Chinese-fir accounted for 740m3. In the best sites, it even reached 1265m3/ha in which Chinese-fir accounted for 1233m3. As the stand is in the best site condition, the trees grew quickly and continued its fast growth for a long period of time(especially height growth). The volume-growth rate decreased slowly. The stem form is quite full and round. There are higher population and high volume-increment per unit of whole wood in the best sites. The Chinese-fir stand is located in such a favorable condition of climate, soil,topography etc.that it reached a high volume-increment per unit of whole wood which is seen rarely in China,in which there must be many excellent gene resources as good materials for seed selection and breeding , so the stand is a good experimental site for the study on site type of Chinese-fir and on community succession. It can also be used to probe the formation of high-yield Chinese-fir stands, their structure and rules of tree growth and development etc. It is suggested that the stand be preserved for the uses of scientific research.
