哈茨木霉T2-16菌剂不同使用方法对花生防病促生长效果的研究

摘    要:应用哈茨木霉菌T2-16菌剂对花生进行木霉拌种和浸种处理,研究木霉对花生防病促生长的效果。结果表明,供试木霉菌剂两种使用方法对病害防治效果和促生长作用均好于对照,其中木霉菌剂拌种处理的效果又优于浸种处理。拌种处理后荚果产量、饱果产量和籽仁产量分别比对照提高了32.4%、36.8%和33.8%,而其秕果重量比对照降低了29.8%,其叶斑病发病率比对照降低了8.79%,防效为64.63%,其烂果数比对照少了3.18个,防效为60.6%。

Abstract:Seed dressing and seed soaking with Trichoderma harzianum T2-16 were applied to pea- nut in order to research the effect of Trichoderma on disease prevention and growth promotion in pea- nut. Results indicated that the effect of two application methods of Trichoderma on disease prevention and growth promotion was better than the control, and the effect of Trichoderma dressed seed was better than that of Trichoderrna soaked seed. The pod yield, the plump pod yield and the kernel yield of peanut treated by seed dressing were 32.3%, 36.8% and 33.8% more than that of control, respec- tively. Its blighted pod weight was 29.8% less than that of control. The incidence of leaf spot was 8.79% less than that of control, which showed the efficiency of disease prevention was 64.6 %. The number of rotten pod was 3.18 less than that control, which showed the efficiency of disease prevention was 60.6%.
