抗旱优质春小麦新品种定丰11号选育报告

摘    要:春小麦新品种定丰11号是定西市旱作农业科研推广中心以携带Tal雄性不育基因的73-3/墨它为基础材料,用自育品种定丰1号作为转育对象,通过连续转育选育而成.1997-1998年在定西市(原定西地区)春小麦区域试验中,2 a 10点(次)平均折合产量4 264.05 kg/hm2,较对照品种定西35号增产10.45%;2001-2003年在甘肃省春小麦东片水地区域试验中,3 a 15点(次)平均折合产量3 735.90 kg/hm2,较对照定西35号平均增产12.89%.抗旱,抗倒伏,抗条锈,高产、稳产,籽粒含粗蛋白15.47%,湿面筋38.9%,沉降值63.0 mL,降落值254 s,吸水率69.4%,形成时间4.7 min,稳定时间3.8 min,软化度80 F.U,评价值57,属中筋优质小麦;主要适宜在类似甘肃中部地区、宁夏宁南山区及青海民和县等生态条件类似的旱地种植.

Abstract:The new spring wheat variety,Dingfeng 11 was Bred by Dingxi Research and Distribution Center of Dryland Agriculture,Using 73-3/Meta carrying Tal male sterility gene as base materials and Dingfeng 1 as recurrent parent.During 1997-1998,it's average yield was 4 264.05 kg/hm2 in regional trial of spring wheat of Dingxi City,more than Dingxi 35 by 10.45%.During 2001-2003,the average yield was 3 735.90 kg/hm2 in regional trial of spring wheat of east irrigated areas of Gansu province,more than Dingxi 35 by 12.89%.It is resistant to drought,lodging and stripe rust,high and stable yield.Grain contains 15.47% crude protein,wet gluten 38.9%,with settlement value of 63.0 mL,landed value of 254 s,water absorption of 69.4%,form time of 4.7 min, stability time of 3.8 min,softening of the 80 F.U,evaluation of 57.It is the high-quality,median gluten spring wheat variety,suitable for central regions of Gansu and other similar arid areas.
