农地入股的探索与实践

随着农村外出务工人数的增加,土地荒废现象越来越严重,近年来耕地面积逐渐减少。土地是农民生存之本,为加快现代农业发展,提高农民组织化程度,提高土地利用效率,在保证粮食安全和农民增收前提下加快土地流转速度。以山西省农村土地入股为例,对农地入股的现状、问题和对策进行了研究。

Exploration and Practice on Shares of Agricultural Land

With the increasing of migrant workers in rural and the development of economic,land abandoned more and more serious and gradual reduction of arable land in recent years.The land was the livelihood of farmers,in order to speed up the modern agriculture development,enhancing the degree of farmer organizations and increasing the utilization effect of the land,it was necessary to accelerate the pace of land transfer under the food supplies security and incomes increase.In this paper,the land shares in Shanxi were taken for an example,the status and problems of the shares of agricultural were explored,and some countermeasures were put forward.
